What this website collects today
namastesociety.com is currently an informational page. We do not ask you for personal information here, and we set no marketing or tracking cookies. Our hosting and security providers (Cloudflare) process standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to serve and protect the site.
When our platform launches
Our upcoming platform will process information such as names, phone numbers and email addresses to help societies, NGOs and community organizations manage their members, records, compliance and communications. When it launches, this policy will be updated with full details of what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you — in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For organizations using our platform, the organization decides what member information is collected and why; we process that information on the organization's behalf.
Communication channels
Our services may send transactional messages (such as membership confirmations, receipts and compliance reminders) via WhatsApp and email, only in connection with actions you or your organization initiate. We do not send marketing messages without consent, and every message channel offers a way to opt out.
